Custom Fabrication: We specialize in the sale and modification of container homes and modular structures. All custom fabrication is built to the specifications agreed upon in your final, signed build contract or quote.
Representations: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the Products.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to your specified location, depending on the agreed-upon freight terms.
5. Returns and Refunds
Custom Builds: Due to the highly specialized nature of custom container homes and fabrication modifications, all sales on custom orders are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on modified containers or custom modular structures once the build process has begun.
